Our support packages start from £150 per month based on our remote desktop support Bronze Level package and go through Silver Level to Gold Level which are priced on numbers of servers / server roles and workstations within the business.  We would recommend that we visit your site to discuss your full requirements and produce a detailed proposal to show exactly how we can help.

We know that it is difficult to budget for the total expenditure of a new IT project especially when upgrading legacy systems to a complete new infrastructure.  So, if you are looking at implementing a complete new system then why not consider our "IT For Life" package.

 

We supply all the equipment and provide the labour to install and configure the system to your specified requirements.  We then support the systems and carry out any repairs and maintenance at no additional cost, for the duration of the contract.  We guarantee that all hardware will be refreshed after the fourth year so this means that you are always working on current equipment.  We calculate the cost of the equipment, implementation and on-going support and then split that over the duration of the contract.  This means that you don't have a massive expenditure in the first year and also it is in our interst to make sure everything is working and properly maintained otherwise it cost us more in the long run.  We believe this offers complete peace of mind.
